Law Society to launch dry run

The Law Society will begin the dry run of its Home Information Pack later this month, to be phased in dependent on geographical demand. All conveyancing solicitors across England and Wales have been invited to register to take part; it's an opportunity to give input to one of the most radical changes ever to the home buying process.

The HIPs regulations were released today and are available at www.opsi.gov.uk
